On 10/25/11 a complaint was filed against the National Democratic Party in the U.S. District for the District of Arizona. This is a Federal lawsuit to raise the argument that any candidate the Democratic Party nominates for the general ballot must be a “natural born citizen”. Additionally, a motion for preliminary injunction was filed on 12/4/11 to prevent the Democratic Party from certifying Obama for any state ballot absent a showing that Obama is indeed a “natural born citizen”. Currently, we are awaiting Defendant’s response to both motions.
