Despite years of investigation and volumes of evidence questioning Obama’s eligibility, the Democratic Party (DP) intends to nominate and place Obama’s name on the ballot for the Presidential general election. The DP has a duty to vet the Constitutional qualifications of their candidate. Our class actions seek an injunction against the DP certifying Obama absent a showing that he fulfills the qualifications of the office.
